Le Pinot Gris de Bernard Bosseau, produit à la Cave de Sézenove, est un vin blanc raffiné, originaire de France et d'Italie, mais planté en Suisse depuis les années 1970. Ce vin se distingue par sa teinte or rosé et son nez riche, marqué par des arômes de miel et d'acacia. En bouche, il offre une structure puissante et grasse, avec une belle voluminosité.
