Pierre Noire est un vin rouge vinifié par Bernard Bosseau, Syrah, merlot, gamaret et ancellotta composent cette création, élevée 12 mois sous bois, à la robe sombre, intense et profonde. Au nez, des arômes de chocolat, caramel et pruneau cuit se distinguent. L’attaque ample et la trame tannique ferme de ce vin lui assurent une charpente nécessaire pour les 10 prochaines années.
