Ce Cru Classé est élaboré à partir des cépages Sémillon et Rolle, cultivés sur un terroir schisteux face à la Méditerranée. Il se distingue par sa robe jaune pâle aux reflets dorés et son bouquet aromatique complexe, mêlant des notes de melon, de nectarine et d'agrumes. En bouche, il offre une fraîcheur minérale remarquable, accompagnée de parfums d'agrumes et d'une finale persistante et subtile.
